Hello!

.

For the last eight years, I’ve been exploring the many layers of the yogic path. I use the word exploring deliberately—because my practice has been just that: an ongoing journey through the many avenues yoga offers.

If you’re new to yoga, this might sound unfamiliar. In the West, we often think of yoga as one thing or only offering one avenue; a form of movement or exercise. One of my biggest passions is helping to gently shift that perspective. While movement (asana) is an important part of the practice, it’s only one piece of a much larger and richer tradition.

After 8 years of practice, 5 years of teaching, and over 500 hours of teaching, the one thing that I feel consistently passionate about is the yoga practice that happens off the mat: yoga as a way of living. It’s an ancient philosophy, a framework for navigating life’s inevitable challenges with more clarity, compassion, and ease. In my teaching, I aim to share yoga as a whole practice—blending movement, meditation, breath work (pranayama), and philosophy in a way that feels grounded, relevant, and supportive to the individual I am teaching.

From that space of awareness, yoga becomes more than movement—it becomes self-inquiry. It becomes life practice.

If this resonates with you, if you are someone looking to improve your general health, a student wanting to deepen their practice, or someone simply seeking support in facing the everyday struggles of life, it would be my honour to help guide you through the incredible system that is yoga.

Wherever you are on your journey, I invite you to take the next step. Let’s explore the path of yoga—together.
